ADAC Medical E-Health App: Fast access to telemedical treatment abroad and to the pharmacy ordering service of your local pharmacy in Germany. With doctor search and symptom checker.

The ADAC Medical e-health app facilitates consultations with German-speaking doctors through our partners Medgate Deutschland GmbH (for international stays) and TeleClinic GmbH, irrespective of your location. In most cases, online doctor appointments can be scheduled within three hours. Additionally, users can utilize the AI-powered symptom checker by our partner Infermedica.

Overview of features:

 <li>Find & book a doctor: Arrange online doctor appointments for yourself and your family.</li>
 <li>Online doctor appointments available in the evenings and on weekends.</li>
 <li>Access to the pharmacy service of our partner Ihre Apotheken GmbH & Co. KGaA: Check product availability and pre-order medication from the comfort of your home.</li>
 <li>View medical documents such as prescriptions, sick notes, or treatment plans.</li>
 <li>Receive treatment plans.</li>
</ul>

Access authorizations:
A membership with ADAC Basic, Plus, or Premium is necessary for telemedicine services and doctor searches via our partner TeleClinic through the ADAC Medical app. For access to Medgate services, international health insurance or Premium membership with ADAC is required.
No ADAC membership is needed for accessing the pharmacy service with your local pharmacies via the ADAC Medical App.

The ADAC Medical health app provides the convenience of making appointments with local doctors through our partner Doctolib GmbH anytime, for both you and your family.

Notes on using the ADAC Medical health app:

 <li>To use telemedicine and find & book doctors, you will need your adac.de log-in information. Registration is available at <a href="https://www.adac.de/mein-adac">www.adac.de/mein-adac</a>.</li>
 <li>To ensure security, online selfie-identification is required once you log in to use the telemedicine app.</li>
